We are your source for a healthy body, mind and home. My passion for all things culinary collided with my passion for all things health & wellness in 2025 when I combined my Olivelle Olive Oils & Balsamic Vinegars on Tap with the local health store. I pulled from my many years in the world of restaurant & coffee shop ownership along with 19 years of owning a gourmet kitchenware store. I learned how to cook and care for people thru food and hospitality from my Momma.
I followed in her footsteps and became a chef at our high end restaurant, taught cooking classes thru my gourmet kitchenwares store and eventually moved Olivelle, my favorite line of Premium Olive Oils & Balsamic Vinegars into the former health & nutrition store in downtown Spooner, WI. I discovered that my 2 favorite passions could co-exist and the health & nutrition store became one store featuring high quality lines like Olivelle, Terry Naturally, Natural Factors, Nordic Naturals, Enzymedica, Vital Planet, Herb Pharm, Rowe Casa Organics, Wild Carrot & Flying Cow Tallow to name just a few.
