Instructions: Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin and gently smooth in until absorbed. Use on the body as needed. Because the essential oil blend has a naturally warming feel, avoid sensitive areas and discontinue use if irritation occurs. We recommend testing a small area first if you're new to this blend.
