Is it only cinnamon?
Not even close. There are nine spices in every bottle — cardamom, Ceylon cinnamon, cocoa, Madagascar vanilla, ginger, nutmeg, turmeric, clove, and cayenne. Cinnamon is one note in a full chord.
Is it sweet?
